Trinity Road reaches practical completion

ESP Limited were delighted to be part of the transformation at Trinity Road.

This project exemplifies how refurbishment can truly embrace the circular economy.

Key sustainability highlights include significant thermal performance of 35% against CIBSE Good Practice Guide, 12,000m² of carpet was reused, and 100% of curtain walling metal and glass was reused. Additionally, 99% of project waste was diverted from landfill and 3.16 tonnes of embodied carbon for every tonne of aluminium façade was reused.

It’s a fantastic achievement and an outstanding end result. We are proud to have contributed to a project that sets a benchmark for sustainable refurbishment.
