The role involves scoping surveys and the review of logistics sites’ mechanical and electrical installations to assist the Co-operative Group in making informed decisions in relation to capital plant replacement programmes and works.
A few notable responsibilities include electrical infrastructure, resilient back-up power systems, incoming utility supply arrangements/capacities and any alterations required, LED lighting replacement programmes and suitability, HVAC systems, fleet electrification, PPM schedules, and the identification of failed assets.
