ESP provide lead consultant, technical assurance and design services for the strategic management of works at this client’s corporate offices, data centres and critical administration sites.
We liaise with the client’s engineering team, the maintenance providers, the project delivery team and facility managers to ensure the replacement and upgrading of critical and non-critical plant and services are aligned with operational objectives. We also assist with the ambitious decarbonisation programme to remove gas and improve energy performance for all buildings across the estate.
The key objective is an optimised investment with a dynamic forward maintenance plan, ensuring that live buildings and operations are not impacted by programmed work. Services are designed to mitigate risk and are future-proofed from the outset, and we maintain close working relationships with all stakeholders.
Typical projects have included the replacement of fan coils, upgrades to infrastructure and switchgear, replacement of transformers and fire alarms, and DRUPS fuel tank replacement. While adopting best practice, we also make sure that projects have a sustainable focus and that new technology is embraced.
